Online Bullying Reporting Form

The Cincinnati Public School District is committed to providing a safe learning environment for all students. Bullying incidents can be reported directly to a trusted staff member at our school. This online form may also be used by CPS students to report being bullied or by any adult or student who witnessed bullying. Once submitted, CPS uses its best efforts to initiate an investigation within one business day. Please keep in mind that this process can only be as thorough as the information provided. The information that you provide on this form will be sent to your child’s principal and to the Customer Help Center.
